Mentor
We all understand the challenges students face in navigating their respective school programs, balancing clinical rotations with book study, studying for the NPTE and ultimately determining their special interest as a physical therapist. Considering the national climate for social justice as well as the COVID-19 pandemic, mentorship can be a vital part of the success of future therapists.

Students, you will go through many unique experiences as you matriculate through your educational program. The AAPT is here for you. We want to make sure you feel prepared to tackle the workforce as a licensed therapist. We want to support you, celebrate you, and provide assistance when you need it. We have been in your shoes and want to help you navigate all the joys and challenges that you’ll face on your journey.
